24-Hour Nurseline
The Anthem network offers access to registered nurses via their 24-hour NurseLine, who are equipped to assist you and your family in making well-informed health decisions. This round-the- clock service is accessible to employees enrolled in the Eskaton health plan every day of the week. This service ensures strict confidentiality. Additionally, Anthem’s 24-Hour NurseLine offers a library with over 300 recorded health topics that you can access by calling their Audio Health Library at 800-700-0197.
Annual Employee Biometrics Screening
Annual health risk assessments health risk assessments and biometric screenings reveal if employees have or at risk of developing chronic conditions. Screenings include cholesterol, glucose, blood pressure, height, weight, BMI, weight conference and body fat. Eskaton team members who participate in the free annual confidential screenings receive $40 in their paycheck.
Anthem LiveHealth Online
Have a health question? Under the weather? With LiveHealth Online, you don’t even have to leave your home or office. Doctors can answer questions, make a diagnosis, and even prescribe basic medications when needed (as legally permitted in certain states). Corporate Discounts for Gym Memberships

Mommies 2-B Program
This program is designed to assist members enrolled in the Eskaton health plan and give their babies a healthy start. Once pregnancy is confirmed, M2B nurse will reach out to the expecting participants to enroll in the program if they choose to participate.
